Ambulatory phlebectomy, a minimally invasive procedure, is an out-patient surgery to treat malfunctioning veins on the surface of the legs that will leave no scarring.
How it works
Tiny incisions (2-3mm) are cut in the skin near the malfunctioning vein. Which will then be removed through the incision. Due to the small size of these holes, no stitches will be necessary. In most cases, patients are advised to resume regular activity the next day.
